Since Pepsi Bottling Group has been including Cedar Lake Electric as one of our vendors, they have quickly become one of our preferred vendors. Their professionalism and knowledge of their skill craft has helped multiple projects of ours become successful. From preparing bids and seeking out exactly what specifications we have, to the installation work and having their crews interact with our team to ensure the quality of the project to the follow-up after the project has truly proven Cedar Lake Electric a superior contractor.

Varley Construction's experience with Cedar Lake Electric is that their design-build bids are very complete and thorough. Their on-site work is well organized by project managers before they arrive on site and is carried out in a professional manner from the Project Manager on down to the employees doing the work. I have a sense that they have been trained to do things the "right" way verses cutting corners.

Cedar Lake is also my 1st choice when it comes to getting a dependable contractor to help us facilitate our Kaizen moves. During our lean events we need to move entire departments within a 1 day time frame. Cedar Lake has successfully helped us achieve our move goals every time and has always stayed on the job till it was complete, even if that meant a 12-16 hour day. McQuay International has depended on the services of Cedar Lake Electric for over 30 year. This long term relationship is due to the dependability, quality, understanding and involvement. The urgency with which all services are provided, on schedule, per engineering detail, and in many cases suggest improvements during installation, with approval, on items overlooked or simple not detailed. The electricians at Cedar Lake Electric are very knowledgeable and easy to work with, everything is handled very professionally and all customer requirements are followed with regards to safety and working around our production schedules and our assembly people.

Cedar Lake Electric has helped us, with their engineering resource, with the justification of cost reduction projects with Xcel energy. The engineering resource is also used for quoting major projects in numerous scenarios for our project approval process. This is a very time consuming process and takes up a large amount of time by Cedar Lake Electric, verses getting one layout for quote. Again, in many cases Cedar Lake Electric has helped to improve costs by making suggestions on layouts to reduce either materials or labor of the installation due to their involvement and understanding of the projects. McQuay International plans to continue our relationship with Cedar Lake Electric.
